Andrew Old, MD, MBA, FACEP

Dr. Old is a practicing Emergency Medicine Physician with advanced training in Facial aesthetics, Neuromodulators, Medical cosmeceuticals, laser hair removal and non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatments. Our personalized approach, comprehensive consultations combined with advanced technologies will help you develop a plan of care that is right for you. Aging and change is a fact of life. We are here to help you to navigate this journey comfortable and confident in your own skin.

Katie Cardoso, NP

Katie Cardoso, NP is a graduate of Rhode Island College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She began her nursing career in medical- surgical nursing and transitioned to emergency medicine. She completed her Master of Science in Nursing and began working as a Nurse Practitioner, in the Emergency Department at St. Annes. Katie continued on to obtain a Post Master’s Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner and also started her training with Blackburn obesity course from Harvard. She has worked within the south coast community working with weight management and found passion for wanting to help patients and clients to revive their inner beauty, improve their health and love the skin they are in!

Hello, I'm Meredith , and I am thrilled to be a part of the team at Revive Med Spa & Aesthetics as a registered nurse Injector. My journey in nursing began with a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. Sarah Ledwidge, RN

Hello everyone, I’m Sarah and I am an aesthetic nurse injector! I’ve been injecting for almost a year now and it truly is my passion. My expertise is in neurotoxins and dermal fillers. I love helping to enhance my clients beauty and seeing the look on my clients face when they look in the mirror. I have taken many courses in aesthetics to continue learning about all the new techniques and products in this growing industry. My background is emergency room nursing and I still work occasionally in the ER to stay up to date on my skills! I was trained in aesthetics by Dr. Onir from The Spiegel Center in Newton, MA. I’m excited to bring my clients at Revive the best experience and helping people achieve the skin of their dreams! I take pride in building lasting relationships with my clients.
